the only way to Heaven

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Acts 16:30-31
And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

who rules the world

Unsaved people/characters acting in sin, (propagating fake motivations as pretext for control and conflicts that are...) coordinated by the dark one and his forces, all ultimately contained in, and headed towards, the events of Revelation, as written in the KJV Bible. 18 OCT 2024 + People who hide the true, faith alone Gospel, by means of subversion. 20 OCT 2024

Biblical answer:

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

movies

These are my favorite movies (in year order).

I Saw the TV Glow (2024)

I think I saw this movie at the theater the day I finished college.

It has a really cool soundtrack and OST.

Synopsis: A classmate introduces teenage Owen to a mysterious late-night TV show -- a vision of a supernatural world beneath their own. In the pale glow of the television, Owen's view of reality begins to crack.

Skinamarink (2022)

I saw this movie alone at night at the theater. There were a few other people there. I remember a couple leaving not even midway through.

This movie is super medatitive for like an hour and then, when you're relaxed, super scary.

Synopsis: Two children wake up in the middle of the night to find their father is missing, and all the windows and doors in their home have vanished.

We're All Going to the World's Fair (2021)

I love this movie.

I feel like Casey all the time.

Synopsis: Alone in her attic bedroom, teenager Casey becomes immersed in an online role-playing horror game, wherein she begins to document the changes that may or may not be happening to her.

Taxi Driver (1976)

My all time favorite movie.

I am Travis Bickle.

Synopsis: Suffering from insomnia, disturbed loner Travis Bickle (Robert De Niro) takes a job as a New York City cabbie, haunting the streets nightly, growing increasingly detached from reality as he dreams of cleaning up the filthy city.
